Adding a new permissions set

To add new Permissions Set, navigate to Studio → Access → Permissions, and press the “ADD” button.

Settings

Setting Name	Possible Values	Setting Purpose
Domain	Multiple Choice - Catalog	Select a Client (Domain) to which this permission will belong
Name	-	Permission Name
Permissions	-	Selecting set of permissions for this Permission set from all Security Context objects available in the system. See below for details.

Selecting permissions for a Permissions Set

As part of the overall Settings form for a Permission Set, there will be Permission section that is used to selecting a set of permissions for this specific Permission Set.

The available permissions will be grouped in a 3 following categories, as shown below:

System permissions - Identity section (see below for more details)
Components - list of all Components with Restrict Access flag set to True, and the set of available permission types (read, update, delete) for each component
Cases - list of all Components that have workflows with Get User Confirmation step included, with the ability to either enable or disable access to this particular Get User Confirmation step

To assign a specific permission to a permission set, navigate to a select set of permissions (e.g. Components → Tutorial #2: Spend Codes, if you have configured Tutorial #2, and select Tutorial #2: Spend Code read permission as shown below.
